A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced and technically adept Development Manager – Marketing to lead the strategy, development, and integration of digital marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in .NET, React, and the Adobe toolset, combined with strong project leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with broader business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to meet evolving marketing and customer engagement needs.

Integrate Adobe marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign) with broader digital platforms and third-party systems.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing tech initiatives, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Technical Expertise
- Backend: ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Middleware
- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Git
- Databases: SQL Server, MongoDB, other NoSQL platforms
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years in marketing technology leadership, digital development, or technical project management.

Hands-on experience with .NET, React, and Adobe marketing tools.
