- Strong understanding of security services and customer needs
- Experience in selling complex solutions and navigating long sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills
- Relevant certifications or security-related knowledge
