ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a seasoned AV Technician for a high-touch, "White-Glove" support position. This role is the primary technical point of contact for C-Suite executives and VIP stakeholders, providing end-to-end support for onsite, hybrid, and virtual meetings.
The ideal candidate possesses high emotional intelligence, technical mastery of modern collaboration room ecosystems, and the ability to manage complex webcast scheduling and execution across global regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive VIP Support: Provide flawless, dedicated technical support for senior leadership, ensuring zero-fail execution for high-visibility meetings and board-level events.

Hybrid & Virtual Mastery: Lead the setup and support of virtual/hybrid meetings with a heavy emphasis on Unified Communications (UC) platforms and integrated room environments.

Webcast & Broadcast Management: Take direct responsibility for the end-to-end scheduling, technical configuration, and live support of enterprise-wide digital broadcasts.

Off-Site Event Execution: Manage the deployment and operation of portable AV systems for off-site events (Domestic US). Must be able to manage signal flow, audio/video capture, and remote troubleshooting.

Ticketing & Workflow: Operate within a structured, ticket-based workflow(ServiceNow or similar) for all task assignments, incident tracking, and SLA compliance.

System Health & Maintenance: Perform regular room certifications, preventative maintenance, and "break-fix" tasks to ensure executive spaces are always meeting-ready.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves:

5+ Years Experience: Proven track record in dedicated, client-facing AV support roles.

Executive Presence: Extensive background working directly with Executive/VIP level personnel; must demonstrate the composure required for high-pressure environments.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Virtual/Hybrid meeting support and deep familiarity with integrated room ecosystems(e.g., MTR, Webex, or Zoom Rooms).

Webcast Specialist: Direct experience in webcast scheduling, platform configuration, and live event troubleshooting.

Off-Site Strategy: Must have prior experience supporting off-site events and be able to clearly articulate the methodology used for setup and live execution.

Service Discipline: Experience working within an enterprise-level ticketing system and adhering to strict SLAs.

Logistics: Valid Driver’s License and the ability to work from ladders or lift equipment as needed.
Nice-to-Haves:

Familiarity with various hardware vendors (Cisco, Lenovo, Crestron, etc.).

Experience with audience engagement tools (polling/survey technology).

Experience navigating active construction sites for new AV integrations.
TRAVEL & SCHEDULE

Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% (Domestic US) for off-site event support.

Flexibility: Must be available for occasional early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as dictated by the executive meeting calendar.
