About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Business Analyst to own the development of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution and a unified investment product catalog as part of our next-gen wealth management platform. This is a full lifecycle role—from concept and interface design to data modeling and release management.
You will partner closely with product, UX/UI, technology, and investment teams to deliver a centralized source of truth for all investment offerings, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis for the creation of a master investment product list (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, alternatives).

Define metadata, classifications, and attributes for all investment vehicles.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build intuitive interfaces for internal users to search, select, and maintain product data.

Work with developers and data architects to establish MDM frameworks and governance processes.

Gather feedback from end-users to continuously enhance product features and data quality.

Manage the product lifecycle of investment options, from onboarding through deprecation.
Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in financial services, with strong exposure to investment product data.

Experience in Master Data Management, product taxonomy, or reference data systems.

Strong understanding of investment product structures and attributes.

Demonstrated ability to work from front-end design through to backend data implementation.

Excellent analytical and communication skills; comfortable working with both business and technical audiences.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and product development best practices.
