We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven professional to join our
corporate finance and strategy team. This role sits at the intersection of investment banking, business analysis, and strategic advisory—supporting deal execution, financial modeling, market analysis, and investor presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, pro forma statements, and valuation
analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).
- Conduct market, competitive, and operational analysis to identify opportunities
and risks.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, investor materials, and management
presentations.
- Perform due diligence, data analysis, and scenario modeling for ongoing deals or
strategic projects.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, strategy, and product teams to evaluate
business cases and capital deployment opportunities.
- Track and synthesize market trends, sector developments, and comparable
company performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related
field.
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or
corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills; proficiency with Excel and
PowerPoint required.
- Familiarity with transaction processes, capital markets, and financial instruments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to or interest in fintech, digital assets, or technology sectors.
- Experience preparing investor or board-level materials.
- Familiarity with CRM, data visualization, or financial data tools (PitchBook,
Capital IQ, FactSet, etc.).
