The Administrative Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities-
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage logistics for internal and external events.

Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries; greet visitors and respond to phone and email requests professionally.

Track and process invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.

Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure efficient recordkeeping.

Support project coordination by preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.

Assist in preparing status reports, tracking deadlines, and monitoring deliverables.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely communication and information flow.

Provide logistical support for events, trainings, and programs as needed.

Maintain office supplies, order equipment, and support general office operations.

Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

2–4 years of administrative or coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management or collaboration tools a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
