Are you a mission-driven operations and CRM pro who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and member engagement? Join an iconic nonprofit at the heart of media, culture, and innovation as our next Manager, Membership & Development Operations .

In this pivotal role, you’ll blend strategic thinking with hands-on CRM expertise to drive audience growth, donor engagement, and operational excellence. You'll be the go-to person for CRM management (Dynamics 365), donor data, and membership operations—working cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.


? What You’ll Do

Membership & CRM Strategy
  • Own the CRM (Dynamics 365): manage setup, reporting, training, and optimization

  • Oversee audience segmentation, performance tracking, and campaign execution

  • Collaborate with teams to drive digital engagement, renewals, and benefit fulfillment

  • Lead end-to-end event registration processes

Operations & Fundraising Support
  • Manage fundraising gift processing, financial reconciliation, and SOP documentation

  • Directly engage with members to help reach annual revenue targets

  • Train staff on CRM usage and fundraising operations best practices

Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene, security, and integrity

  • Partner with IT and Finance on data integrations and reconciliations

  • Produce actionable insights and dashboards to guide strategic decisions

  • Provide lists and analytics for campaigns, appeals, and events


? What You Bring

  • 3+ years in membership operations, fundraising ops, or data analytics

  • Deep knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365)

  • Strong Excel and project management skills

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver on deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
