Title: Cybersecurity Analyst
Location: Hybrid (4 days in office)
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Potential for Permanent Conversion)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Cybersecurity Analyst to support PCI compliance, audit preparation, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across global teams. This role is less engineering-focused and more centered on maintaining security standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting ongoing security initiatives through consistent communication, documentation, and follow-up.

How You Will Contribute:

• Support PCI compliance activities, including evidence collection, documentation updates, and control verification.

• Work closely with internal teams, auditors, and external partners during assessments, providing required materials and tracking outstanding requests.

• Coordinate with stores, offices, and regional teams to follow up on security tasks, ensure completion of remediation activities, and track progress across multiple projects.

• Maintain detailed documentation for PCI controls, policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

• Assist in reviewing security gaps and organizing remediation activities with infrastructure, application, and retail teams.

• Prepare reports, compliance summaries, dashboards, and tracking logs to support ongoing security and audit initiatives.

• Support security operations teams with administrative items such as incident documentation, ticket follow-ups, metrics, and maintaining consistent process workflows.

• Ensure deadlines are met and communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, next steps, and outstanding deliverables.

Who You Are:

• 2–4 years of experience in a cybersecurity, IT compliance, or security operations role.

• Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements for retail and e-commerce environments (experience supporting an audit is highly preferred).

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate documentation.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with auditors, stores, office staff, and technical teams.

• Familiarity with security concepts such as vulnerability management, access control, logging, and basic network security.

• Experience with cloud or on-prem environments is helpful but not required.

• Proficient with Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation tools used for audits and compliance tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Security or compliance certifications such as Security+, CISA, or PCI-related credentials.

• Experience working in retail, consumer brands, or distributed enterprise environments.

Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office (subject to company policy changes).
