Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Cybersecurity Analyst to support PCI compliance, audit preparation, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across global teams. This role is less engineering-focused and more centered on maintaining security standards, ensuring compliance, and supporting ongoing security initiatives through consistent communication, documentation, and follow-up.
How You Will Contribute:

Support PCI compliance activities, including evidence collection, documentation updates, and control verification.

Work closely with internal teams, auditors, and external partners during assessments, providing required materials and tracking outstanding requests.

Coordinate with stores, offices, and regional teams to follow up on security tasks, ensure completion of remediation activities, and track progress across multiple projects.

Maintain detailed documentation for PCI controls, policies, procedures, and audit requirements.

Assist in reviewing security gaps and organizing remediation activities with infrastructure, application, and retail teams.

Prepare reports, compliance summaries, dashboards, and tracking logs to support ongoing security and audit initiatives.

Support security operations teams with administrative items such as incident documentation, ticket follow-ups, metrics, and maintaining consistent process workflows.

Ensure deadlines are met and communicate clearly with stakeholders on status, next steps, and outstanding deliverables.
Who You Are:

2–4 years of experience in a cybersecurity, IT compliance, or security operations role.

Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements for retail and e-commerce environments (experience supporting an audit is highly preferred).

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with auditors, stores, office staff, and technical teams.

Familiarity with security concepts such as vulnerability management, access control, logging, and basic network security.

Experience with cloud or on-prem environments is helpful but not required.

Proficient with Excel, SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation tools used for audits and compliance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:

Security or compliance certifications such as Security+, CISA, or PCI-related credentials.

Experience working in retail, consumer brands, or distributed enterprise environments.
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office (subject to company policy changes).
