Data Center Migration Lead

Seeking an experienced professional (7+ years) to oversee complex data center relocations and infrastructure transitions. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, implementing, and supporting large-scale migration initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive background in managing data center moves, with demonstrated success in both execution and post-move stabilization.

• Solid expertise in core infrastructure technologies—servers, storage systems, networking components, virtualization platforms, and cloud-based services.

• Proven leadership in guiding teams, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining project visibility in partnership with program leadership.

• Skilled in cross-functional coordination with internal IT groups, senior stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

• Familiarity with multiple migration frameworks and tools used across different environments.

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Additional Details:

• Standard hours are 8 AM to 5 PM ET, though flexibility for after-hours work during system transitions is expected.

• Remote work is possible; however, candidates located near Jacksonville, FL, are preferred. Willingness to travel when necessary is also advantageous.

This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
