About the Opportunity Join a high-performance team building the next generation of transaction processing and distributed systems for the Solana ecosystem. We are seeking a technical liaison to bridge the gap between our engineering core and a growing community of developers, validators, and institutional traders. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the developer experience for a market-leading block-building marketplace and drive the adoption of cutting-edge MEV infrastructure.
Responsibilities

Developer Tooling & SDKs: Architect, develop, and maintain multi-language libraries (Rust, Python, TypeScript) to streamline integration with our core marketplace and plugin ecosystem.

Technical Enablement: Serve as the primary engineering resource for third-party developers, guiding them from initial solution design through to successful mainnet launch.

Content & Documentation: Author comprehensive technical documentation, deep-dive blog posts on SVM architecture, and interactive demos that showcase the capabilities of our infrastructure.

Feedback Loop: Triage complex technical challenges from the field to influence the internal product roadmap and engineering priorities.

Ecosystem Growth: Build and showcase proof-of-concept plugins that demonstrate the power of our transaction pipeline and high-performance block-building tools.
Requirements (Must-have)

Technical Proficiency: Professional experience with Rust and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).

Blockchain Expertise: A profound understanding of the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) and its underlying architecture.

Communication: Ability to distill highly complex technical concepts into concise, actionable guidance for both executive and engineering audiences.

Execution: Proven track record of thriving in high-velocity startup environments with minimal oversight.

Version Control: Expert-level familiarity with Git-based collaborative workflows.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

Previous experience in Developer Relations or Technical Sales Engineering within the Web3 space.

Deep familiarity with MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) concepts, block-building dynamics, or validator operations.

Active contributor to open-source blockchain projects.
