Director of Marketing

About the Opportunity We are seeking a high-growth, results-oriented marketing leader to build and scale a predictable digital demand engine for a leading regulatory technology platform. This is a hands-on leadership role within a private equity-backed organization where you will own the pipeline lifecycle and drive AI-enabled marketing execution to support aggressive market expansion.
Responsibilities

Pipeline Accountability: Drive the volume, velocity, and quality of marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates to realized revenue.

Digital Strategy: Architect and execute a comprehensive demand generation roadmap encompassing paid search, social platforms, SEO, retargeting, and digital events.

Fiscal Management: Manage the demand generation budget with strict ROI discipline and CAC analysis, continuously reallocating funds to the highest-performing channels.

Marketing Automation: Lead the technical architecture of our HubSpot ecosystem, including lead scoring, complex nurture workflows, and automated routing protocols.

Account-Based Marketing: Orchestrate scalable ABM strategies, including audience segmentation and personalized content delivery to drive measurable lift within target accounts.

Web Optimization: Oversee the conversion performance of digital properties through rigorous A/B testing, landing page optimization, and lead capture experimentation.

Reporting & Analytics: Partner with GTM Operations to maintain attribution integrity and deliver transparent, data-driven reporting on all marketing investments.
Requirements

B2B SaaS Expertise: Proven track record in performance marketing or demand generation within the enterprise software or FinTech space.

Data-Driven Leadership: Experience operating within a private equity-backed environment with a focus on measurable growth and rigorous execution.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot and integrated CRM systems for automation and lifecycle management.

Strategic Execution: Ability to both design high-level strategy and execute tactical campaigns across paid and organic digital channels.

Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of attribution models, CAC/LTV ratios, and funnel conversion metrics.
