HR Technology Systems Specialist
Our client is seeking a skilled HR Technology Specialist with a primary focus on managing and optimizing Talent systems, including Greenhouse and other recruiting-related platforms. This individual will play a critical role in system administration, workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and project execution to support Talent and Recruiting functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Talent and Recruiting systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance (e.g., Greenhouse).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and workflows, documenting needs and assessing system impacts.
- Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
- Partner with users and technology teams to ensure solutions are accurate, aligned with business needs, and scalable.
- Provide daily production support, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues to maintain business continuity.
- Participate in system upgrades, conversions, mergers, and other development projects, including system analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Lead or contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing HR Technology capabilities.
- Perform rigorous system testing to ensure high-quality and error-free deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, system administration, or related roles.
- Strong familiarity with Talent and Recruiting workflows, with expertise managing platforms like Greenhouse.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Skills:
Preferred:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Experience with system integrations, reporting, and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, HRIS, and recruiting systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating user-friendly documentation and leading stakeholder discussions.
- Experience with Workato
- Experience with Jira Service Desk
- Experience with other HR systems including Workday, Ashby, Gem, and more
This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
