Location: West Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Project Duration: April 7, 2025 – November 28, 2025
Responsibilities:
- Enroll PCs into Intune, ensuring correct hardware and software configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Intune enrollment and Windows 11 migrations.
- Handle logistics for PC shipping, including packaging and deployment.
- Provide onsite end-user support during the migration process.
- Assist in migrating approximately 4,000 machines from SCCM to Intune and refreshing 500 legacy machines.
- Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to maintain project schedules and deliverables.
- Assist with general IT support and hardware management during the refresh cycle.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, particularly in Windows 11, SCCM, and Intune.
- Knowledge of IT hardware and software installation.
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting and Intune device enrollment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide onsite technical support.
- Ability to manage hardware shipping and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills for working with end users.
