Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Schedule: Hybrid – 4 days onsite (Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to support our Hackensack, New Jersey office. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support across hardware, software, and mobile devices, while ensuring a high level of service in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Support Microsoft Teams and Zoom video conferences
• Maintain and track IT equipment inventory
• Document support activity accurately within the firm’s ticketing system
• Follow established IT procedures and documentation standards
• Travel periodically to other firm offices
• Support office buildouts and expansions as needed
• Provide occasional shift coverage or extended hours when required

Required Qualifications
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook and Word
• Experience with iManage strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong documentation discipline and adherence to process
