Seeking a skilled  Mobility Engineer  to support and enhance our enterprise mobility infrastructure. This role will focus on managing mobile device platforms, ensuring secure and seamless access to corporate resources across iOS, Android, and Windows-based devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM), enterprise security, and end-user support within a corporate IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support enterprise  MDM/UEM platforms  such as  Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, or JAMF

• Develop and enforce mobile security policies, compliance rules, and access controls

• Manage device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management

• Troubleshoot and resolve mobility-related issues across various platforms and user groups

• Support BYOD and corporate-owned device strategies

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams on mobile governance and support

• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving mobile threats

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on mobility or endpoint management

• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise MDM/UEM platform (e.g., Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF, MobileIron)

• Strong knowledge of mobile OS platforms (iOS, Android, Windows 10/11)

• Experience with conditional access, MFA, and mobile application security

• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.) a plus

• Understanding of corporate networking, VPNs, and identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta, etc.)
