Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional administration and support experience

• Deep understanding of NetSuite core modules, configurations, and functional capabilities

• Strong experience with NetSuite workflows, reporting, and functional customization support

• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions

• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving complex NetSuite functional issues

• Experience acting as a senior escalation point for NetSuite-related problems

• Ability to manage and optimize day-to-day NetSuite system performance and stability

• Experience coordinating with external vendors, consultants, or technical resources

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
