We are a forward-thinking firm modernizing our legal and data infrastructure by leveraging cloud, AI, and Palantir technologies. As part of our digital transformation, we are seeking a Certified Palantir Developer to lead application development and data integration on Palantir Foundry and AIP.
Role Overview
As a Palantir Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontologies, and Workshop applications. You will also support the development of AI-enabled workflows in AIP, collaborating closely with data engineers, attorneys, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement data pipelines, models, and ontologies in Palantir Foundry

Develop interactive applications and workflows using Foundry Workshop & Code Repositories

Build and deploy AI-enabled agents and apps in Palantir AIP

Integrate Palantir solutions with AWS cloud infrastructure and firm systems

Ensure compliance, governance, and data lineage controls are in place

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, IT, compliance, finance)

Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on Palantir best practices
Required Qualifications

Palantir Certification (Foundry / AIP) or equivalent demonstrated expertise

3+ years of experience building pipelines, applications, or ontologies in Palantir platforms

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards

Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Palantir AIP agent development

Knowledge of legal or financial industry workflows

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
