Product Manager, Digital Assets & Payments

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the expansion of decentralized payment infrastructure and digital asset utility. In this role, you will architect the strategy for cross-chain value transfer, focusing on making blockchain-based transactions as seamless and intuitive as traditional finance. Joining a leading team of blockchain innovators, you will bridge the gap between core protocol development and user-centric financial applications to redefine global economic systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and champion the long-term product roadmap for multi-chain asset utility and global payment frameworks.

• End-to-End Execution: Own the entire product development lifecycle, translating complex technical concepts into scalable market-ready solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and growth teams to build highly secure and reliable financial tools trusted by institutional and retail partners.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor shifting regulatory landscapes and emerging DeFi trends to proactively pivot product strategy and mitigate ecosystem risks.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Establish rigorous success metrics and leverage user data to refine product features and accelerate development cycles.

Requirements (Must-have)

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management with a verifiable history of scaling financial infrastructure, payment gateways, or blockchain-native products.

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the decentralized finance (DeFi) stack and hands-on experience building or utilizing complex crypto-native protocols.

• Domain Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of asset settlement mechanisms, payment flows, and the technical requirements of developer APIs.

• Operational Style: Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments with a high degree of personal agency and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with international regulatory compliance for digital assets.

• Experience managing products that involve cross-chain interoperability or liquidity provision.
