About the Team

The Seller Product Marketing team focuses on driving seller growth and long-term engagement by defining how new products and capabilities are positioned, launched, and adopted. The team works closely across disciplines to bring seller-facing solutions to market and ensure continued engagement after launch.

As a Product Marketing Contractor, you will sit at the intersection of product development and marketing, owning go-to-market strategy for high-impact initiatives that support both seller operations and buyer fulfillment experiences.

This role is highly cross-functional and strategic. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Brand, Content, Analytics, Research, and Marketing teams to clearly define customer value, influence product direction, and execute thoughtful launches that drive awareness, adoption, and retention. The role reports to the Director of Seller Product Marketing.


About the Role

  • Lead product marketing strategy for global fulfillment-related experiences, helping sellers more effectively run their businesses and expand their reach to buyers.

  • Translate seller insights and behavioral data into a clear end-to-end seller journey, highlighting unmet needs and informing product prioritization.

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to shape positioning, messaging, and launch plans.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and brand partners to determine audience targeting, messaging, channels, and launch approaches across multiple global markets.

  • Define target segments and develop clear, differentiated positioning that communicates a compelling value proposition for sellers.

  • Act as a strategic bridge between Product and Marketing, ensuring alignment from roadmap development through launch execution.

  • Partner with channel owners to build cohesive on-site and off-site marketing plans that support product adoption and engagement.

  • Establish success metrics for product marketing initiatives, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to improve results.

This role may evolve over time and include additional responsibilities as business priorities change.


Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, consulting, or a related field, ideally within a global or multi-market environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and craft persuasive narratives.

  • Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, and comfort using insights to guide decision-making.

  • Proven ability to distill complex product concepts into clear, effective messaging.

  • History of driving measurable business impact through product marketing programs and launches.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing partners and building trusted relationships.
