Job Title: IT Project Manager – Corporate Infrastructure & Technology Refresh
Location: Onsite, 5 days per week (NYC Metro Area)
Duration: 3–6+ Month Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the technology workstream for a multi-floor corporate office renovation and infrastructure modernization initiative. This individual will act as the primary IT point of contact, partnering with construction teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of all technology-related deliverables aligned to the broader construction timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as IT lead for a large-scale corporate office remodel
• Manage IT activities across all phases of the renovation lifecycle
• Oversee decommissioning of legacy hardware and infrastructure
• Coordinate installation and deployment of new office technology
• Partner with vendors on network cabling and structured infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with onsite construction and facilities teams
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables
• Act as escalation point for IT-related issues tied to the renovation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT workstreams within corporate construction or office remodel initiatives
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, hardware refresh, and workplace technology deployments
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, cabling providers, and onsite contractors
• Ability to operate onsite in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
