We are seeking a structured and analytical Enterprise Project Manager to lead critical technology governance, audit, and compliance initiatives across our expansive IT portfolio. In this role, you will champion operational accountability, ensuring project data adheres strictly to internal benchmarks and regulatory frameworks. Responsibilities

Governance & Audit Leadership: Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and continuous alignment of technology portfolios with corporate standards and regulatory mandates.

Portfolio Integrity: Ensure project, resource, and financial tracking metrics remain meticulously precise and complete within our enterprise portfolio management software.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with internal audit teams, technology executives, and business stakeholders to proactively manage audit preparations and remediate findings.

Process Enforcement: Monitor adherence to established project management methodologies, documentation baselines, and organizational workflows.
Requirements (Must-Have)

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated project management experience steering large-scale technology or business-critical initiatives.

Tool Expertise: Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Planview for portfolio tracking, resource allocation, and financial oversight.

Domain Knowledge: Proven background supporting IT compliance, governance, portfolio management, or corporate audit functions.

Methodologies: Comprehensive understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

Skills: Superior analytical capabilities, precise written and verbal communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to balance multiple high-stakes priorities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

Compliance Exposure: Familiarity with SOX compliance structures or internal audit workflows.

Technical Ecosystems: Working knowledge of Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.
