  • Design, develop, and optimize robust integrations between Salesforce and various third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
  • Oversee and execute large-scale data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts, leveraging advanced tools and strategies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve highly complex Salesforce-related technical issues and performance bottlenecks, implementing long-term solutions.
  • Produce detailed, high-quality technical documentation for all developed solutions, architecture, and enhancements, contributing to knowledge transfer and future maintainability.
  • Collaborate strategically with project managers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to deeply understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions, meticulously adhering to project timelines and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain clear, proactive, and concise communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, technical challenges, and potential risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, continuously promoting and enforcing Salesforce best practices, advanced coding standards, and stringent security guidelines across the development lifecycle.
  • Exhibit an "act like an owner" mentality, proactively taking initiative, anticipating needs, and driving solutions without constant managerial oversight. You are expected to lean in, take action, and effectively lead technical efforts.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of proven, hands-on experience as a Salesforce Engineer, with a significant portion in a senior or expert capacity, demonstrating a strong track record of successful enterprise-level implementations using package-based development methodologies.
  • Deep, expert-level knowledge of Salesforce DX, including Salesforce CLI, and a comprehensive understanding of source-driven development.
  • Exceptional proficiency in modern version control systems, particularly Git, including advanced branching strategies and pull request workflows.
  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar, for automated Salesforce deployments.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail, capable of dissecting and resolving highly intricate technical challenges.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, including Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrable experience leading or significantly contributing to at least two large-scale, complex Salesforce DX implementations.
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, integration strategies, and data modeling best practices for high-volume environments.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced Salesforce development frameworks and tooling such as the FFLIB Mocking framework and DX@Scale.
  • A true "act like an owner" mentality: you are proactive, self-driven, and take full accountability for outcomes, requiring minimal managerial oversight to be highly effective. You identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive initiatives independently.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
