About the Opportunity

We are looking for a results-oriented marketing leader to spearhead the pipeline engine for a scaling B2B SaaS organization in the financial technology sector. This is a high-impact role where you will design and execute integrated campaigns specifically tailored to reach decision-makers within the banking, mortgage, and lending industries. If you thrive on building data-driven systems that bridge the gap between marketing activity and realized revenue, this is your next challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Architecture: Design and lead a comprehensive demand generation strategy that integrates digital channels, field marketing, and sales-aligned outreach.

  • Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee the performance and optimization of paid search, social platforms, webinars, and lifecycle nurturing to drive high-quality leads.

  • Account-Based Marketing: Develop and refine ABM programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts to accelerate pipeline velocity.

  • Performance Analytics: Utilize attribution models and conversion data to analyze campaign health, ensuring marketing spend is optimized for maximum ROI.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with sales priorities and organizational revenue goals.

  • Innovation & Automation: Work alongside technical teams to integrate AI-driven workflows and automation tools into the marketing stack for enhanced lead enrichment and process efficiency.

Requirements (Must-have)

  • B2B SaaS Expertise: 5 to 8+ years of dedicated experience in demand generation specifically within the software-as-a-service sector.

  • Revenue Accountability: A documented history of meeting or exceeding pipeline and opportunity creation targets.

  • Full-Funnel Proficiency: Deep understanding of the entire customer journey, from initial digital touchpoints to sales conversion.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Extensive experience working in lockstep with Sales and Revenue Operations teams.

  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and using data to drive testing, iteration, and scaling decisions.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

  • FinTech Background: Previous experience marketing to credit unions, banks, or mortgage lenders is highly desirable.

  • Certified Expertise: Familiarity with ABM platforms and certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or major marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package.

  • Health insurance coverage.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
