About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong DevOps and infrastructure automation focus to join our team and help build a greenfield application for a leading payroll and HR solutions provider. In this role, you'll shape the CI/CD pipelines, drive infrastructure automation, and architect secure, scalable hybrid environments across on-prem and AWS platforms.
You’ll work alongside a globally distributed team of engineers and contribute across the stack — but your superpower lies in enabling teams to ship faster, safer, and smarter through highly automated systems and robust platform engineering.
What You’ll Do

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, high-quality software platform build

Develop and manage automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

Optimize developer workflows and deployment strategies across environments

Collaborate with full stack engineers and platform teams to support application delivery and system reliability

Create performance, reliability, and security of production systems
What We’re Looking For

10+ years in a DevOps, infrastructure, or full stack role with strong DevOps responsibilities

Deep experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)

Expertise in both on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms, especially AWS

Strong understanding of system reliability, observability, and cost-efficient scaling

Collaborative mindset with a bias toward automation and scalability
Nice-to-Have:

Exposure to headless CMS (e.g., Directus) and front-end delivery platforms
This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
