About the Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market narrative for a scaling B2B SaaS platform. This high-impact role focuses on bridging the gap between sophisticated software capabilities and the specific business needs of the financial services sector. You will be instrumental in defining how we win in the enterprise market by equipping sales teams with the messaging and assets required to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Messaging: Direct the end-to-end positioning and value proposition for a comprehensive suite of cloud-based financial software products.

  • Sales Empowerment: Design and deploy high-value enablement toolkits, including tailored pitch decks, competitive intelligence battlecards, and strategic objection-handling frameworks.

  • Market Intelligence: Track industry shifts and competitor movements to ensure the platform remains the preferred choice for mid-market and enterprise financial firms.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical roadmaps into commercial advantages, while collaborating with Demand Gen to fuel the sales pipeline.

  • Customer Advocacy: Launch and manage programs that transform client success stories into powerful case studies and referenceable proof points.

  • Launch Management: Orchestrate the commercial rollout of new features and products, ensuring internal alignment and external market resonance.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • B2B SaaS Expertise: 5–8+ years of dedicated product marketing experience within the B2B software-as-a-service ecosystem.

  • Enterprise Sales Support: A proven track record of supporting high-touch sales cycles for large-scale enterprise or upper mid-market accounts.

  • Narrative Excellence: Exceptional ability to distill multifaceted technical features into clear, benefit-driven stories that resonate with executive buyers.

  • Content Creation: Hands-on experience developing sophisticated sales collateral and competitive positioning documents from scratch.

  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success influencing and collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Vertical Knowledge: Direct experience marketing to banks, credit unions, or other heavily regulated financial institutions.

  • Domain Background: Previous exposure to the fintech, regulatory compliance, or data analytics sectors.

  • Strategic Frameworks: Familiarity with building scalable messaging models and adapting to evolving technologies like AI-driven content workflows.
