Job Title: Senior Network & Systems Administrator
Location: New York City (Hybrid) – Occasional support in Central NJ

Overview:
Seeking a hands-on Senior Network & Systems Administrator to support a hybrid cloud/on-prem environment. This role is based in NYC with occasional onsite support in Central NJ, and involves close collaboration with a remote infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking, and Palo Alto firewall administration, along with experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Administer Azure-based infrastructure, including virtual networking, VMs, and security.

• Configure and support Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points.

• Manage and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, including policy updates and monitoring.

• Perform system monitoring, patching, and documentation.

• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support, primarily in the NYC office.

• Collaborate with remote teams on infrastructure projects and standardization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in systems and network administration.

• Strong knowledge of Azure, Cisco networking, and Palo Alto firewalls.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and AWS is a plus.
