Responsibilities

System Architecture: Design and implement resilient, extensible backend infrastructure capable of adapting to a multifaceted regulatory and financial landscape.

Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer needs into seamless, high-impact technical solutions.

Domain Expertise: Master the intricate mechanics of the mortgage and lending industry to build software that ensures accuracy and compliance at scale.

Continuous Innovation: Rapidly adopt and integrate emerging technologies to address evolving business hurdles in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Requirements

Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade applications at scale.

Technical Versatility: Deep proficiency in at least one core area: high-scale distributed systems, web/mobile application development, or modern infrastructure management.

Product Mindset: Ability to balance technical excellence with product requirements through effective cross-functional communication.

Execution: Skilled at architecting scalable systems from the ground up within a rapid-growth startup setting.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications

Base Salary:$180,000 – $230,000 (commensurate with experience and skills).
