Staff Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

Technical Vision: Define and execute the long-term architectural strategy for maintaining and scaling highly responsive web applications.

UI/UX Implementation: Transform complex design concepts into high-performance, accessible, and reliable user interface elements.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with design and product stakeholders to deliver a cohesive and engaging user experience.

Systems Standardization: Develop and maintain a comprehensive internal styles and component library to ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital properties.

Team Mentorship: Act as a technical resource and guide for junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

Project Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical projects, from initial planning to final deployment and iteration.
Requirements

Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strictly related technical discipline.

Extensive Experience: At least 9 years of professional software engineering experience, with a heavy emphasis on shipping customer-facing features.

Frontend Expertise: Advanced knowledge of modern web architecture, including performance optimization, security protocols, and web accessibility standards.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the current Decentralized Finance (DeFi) landscape.

Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex problems within a fast-paced, analytical environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in TypeScript and modern reactive frameworks (such as Svelte or React).

Deep experience with Web3 integration tools (including ethers.js or web3.js).
