Support Analyst (1–3 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a junior Support Analyst with strong SQL skills to join a fast-paced warehouse systems environment. This role will support, test, and troubleshoot WMS and ERP system integrations.

Must-Have Skills:

• 1–3 years experience in IT or application support

• Strong SQL skills – writing complex joins, troubleshooting data issues, working with stored procedures and jobs

• Exposure to WMS, ERP, or warehouse operations a plus

• Familiarity with reports (SSRS, Cognos), testing, and documentation

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to support after-hours and learn new systems
