Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the end-to-end Solution Architect for enterprise web platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing digital experiences.
- Define and own website architecture and integration patterns across CMS, marketing platforms, identity, data, and backend systems.
- Architect solutions leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data Cloud, and related web technologies.
- Design and govern API-first architectures, including integration patterns using MuleSoft for orchestration, transformation, and system connectivity.
- Partner with data and platform teams to architect solutions integrating Oracle Data Warehouse and DB2 PureScale environments.
- Ensure privacy, consent, and identity requirements are embedded into all web solutions using OneTrust and PingOne.
- Establish architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails for web development, integrations, security, and data usage.
- Translate business, marketing, and customer experience requirements into clear, actionable technical designs and solution diagrams.
- Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, marketing, security, and data teams to ensure cohesive delivery across platforms.
- Provide architectural guidance during delivery, including design reviews, implementation support, and technical decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and optimize the website technology stack and integrations.
- Mentor and guide other architects and senior engineers; act as a trusted technical advisor to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, web architecture, or enterprise application architecture.
- Proven experience architecting large-scale, customer-facing websites in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on or architectural experience with:
- Adobe Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud
- API design and integration, including MuleSoft
- Oracle Data Warehouse and DB2 PureScale
- Identity and access management solutions such as PingOne
- Privacy and consent management platforms such as OneTrust
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-traffic, highly regulated, or global web environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native services.
- Experience defining or operating within an enterprise architecture governance model.
- Background in digital transformation or large-scale platform modernization initiatives.
This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
